Instructions for use

To promote relaxation, add 6-10 drops of essential oil to the diffuser. To treat insomnia, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. To create a romantic atmosphere, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to the diffuser. To treat acne and deeply moisturize the skin, add 15 drops of essential oil to 50ml of the carrier oil of your choice and massage it onto your skin.
