Cyprus (via ACS)
- Option A – Collect from RAW + TONIC:
- Free for all orders, regardless of value.
- Option B – Collect from ACS:
- €2.50 for orders under €30.
- Free for orders over €30.
- Option C – Door-to-Door Delivery (DDD):
- €3.50 for orders under €30.
- Free for orders over €30.
Greece (via BOX NOW)
- €7.50 for orders up to €30.
- €5.50 for orders above €30.
Other European Countries (via CYPRUS POST)
- €17.50 for orders up to €50.
- €12.50 for orders above €50.
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Tracking Your Order
- You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- Tracking may take up to 1 working day to activate.
Returns and Exchanges
- Return Policy:
- 14-day return policy for unused, unopened products in original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed within a few days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
