Instructions for use

To ease respiration and feel relief, put 6-10 drops of essential oil onto a tissue and take deep breaths. To promote the proper function of the digestive system, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. Alternatively, add 15 drops of essential oil to 50 ml of the carrier oil of your choice and massage gently your entire body. To uplift the spirit and eliminate mental fatigue, add 6-10 drops of essential oil to the diffuser.
