Instructions for use
For relaxation, add 5 drops of essential oil to the diffuser. To relieve stress, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. To treat inflammation of the oral cavity (sores, ulcers), add 3-5 drops of essential oil to warm water and use as a mouthwash or gargle. Do not swallow.
