Why it was formulated
Antiseptics are substances that, when applied topically to the skin, partially or completely reduce the population of living microorganisms. Ethyl alcohol is one of the most widely used antiseptics for hand hygiene. Since 1994, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has regarded ethyl alcohol concentrations of 60% to 95% as safe and effective for hand hygiene.
Glycerin acts as a moisturizing agent for skin care and protection. Panthenol maintains the integrity of the skin barrier, accelerates the repair of the skin from injuries and moisturizes, without affecting the bacterial viability. Aloe is known for its use in healing and skin care.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) helps treat stress, fatigue and anxiety. Its fresh aroma refreshes and relaxes.
Instructions for use
Apply a small amount of the gel to your palm and rub your hands together until dry. No need for soap and water.
