Instructions for use
To fight stress and lower high blood pressure, add 6-10 drops of essential oil to the diffuser. For smooth and soft skin, and treatment of eczema and bruises, add 15 drops of essential oil to your moisturizing cream or to 50ml of carrier oil of your choice and gently massage your body. To relieve fluid retention and promote hormonal balance, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes.
