Instructions for use
To promote mental clarity and concentration, add 6-10 drops of essential oil to the diffuser. To regulate respiration and calm asthma, put 6-10 drops of essential oil onto a tissue and take deep breaths. For glowy and youthful skin, add 15 drops of essential oil to 50ml of the carrier oil of your choice and massage your entire body.
