Instructions for use
To effectively repel insects, add 6-10 drops of essential oil to the diffuser. To prevent lice from appearing on the scalp, add 15 drops of essential oil to 50ml of the carrier oil of your choice (suitable to use on hair) and gently massage the scalp. To calm headache and stomach ache, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in your bathtub for at least 10 minutes. Alternatively, put 6-10 drops of essential oil onto a tissue and take deep breaths.
