Cinnamon essential oil is widely used in the food industry, soap making, hygiene products and oral preparations. Its has a plethora or properties that make it capable of handling many problems. As it has antibacterial action it is ideal to use in dental care. Cinnamon essential oil is an aphrodisiac and is used in cases of sexual impotence in men and its antifungal properties make it ideal to treat vaginitis. It eases respiration and relieves the cold symptoms. It is ideal in cases of mental fatigue, weakness or depression. Cinnamon essential oil is one of the most powerful antiseptic oils, prevents infections and infectious diseases. At the same time,  it has antirheumatic properties, eases digestion and treats dysmenorrhea.
  • To improve the mood and fight depression add 6-10 drops of essential oil to the ceramic diffuser. Alternatively, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. Alternatively, add 15 drops of essential oil to 50ml of carrier oil of your choice and massage gently.
