Instructions for use
For a sense of freshness in your space, add 5 drops of essential oil to the diffuser. For relaxation, add 2 drops of essential oil to your bath and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. For distress, soak a cloth with 6-10 drops of essential oil and take deep breaths.
