Instructions for use
Use it on mature or very dry skin to deeply moisturize and relieve it. Apply it to the problematic areas of your skin, such as those suffering from eczema or fungal infections. Use it to massage your scalp and stimulate the hair follicles. Mix one part of black cumin oil with ten parts of jojoba or almond oil and use it to moisturize the skin. Consume 1 tablespoon daily before your meal, preferably half an hour before lunch. Also ideal for salads or soups.
