Black cumin oil has a rich composition and contains more than one hundred ingredients in total. It contains trace elements, vitamins, enzymes and an impressive amount of essential oils. It is edible and is recommended to be used either alone or to be added to soups or salads. Black cumin has soothing and antioxidant properties and contributes to immune system boosting. It is antimicrobial, antiparasitic and antibacterial. Black cumin can be used to treat the skin as it has nourishing and emollient properties for the skin. It deeply moisturizes, it helps minimize fine lines and wrinkles and balance oily skin as well.
