Consume it raw in salads and soups. Apply onto dry face and body areas. Mix one part of avocado oil with ten parts of jojoba or almond oil and massage the skin after cleansing. Apply a small amount to damp hair to moisturize the hair edges. Use it as a hair mask, apply it all over your hair from the roots to the ends, leave it on for several minutes and then wash your hair with shampoo.
