Orders, shipping & tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. At anytime you can check the shipping status. 

Please note that the order will be handed over to the logistic partner within 1-2 working days after receiving this email and it may take up to 1 working day until the tracking is activated by the chosen logistic partner.

We also made sure that the inside box remains undamaged as we are putting it in a bigger outer packaging for better protection by the logistics companies.  

You asked for it, we made this possible. We created what is called ”e-GIFT” card. You just simply need to go throught the steps and we will deliver the e-GIFT card/voucher to your recipient’s inbox. This will contain the code to be used when checking out and the personal message you wrote.

We can arrange for an express delivery service for overseas customers. Please email us the exact delivery location and we will provide you with a quote and delivery time for this service.

 

If you need to have your shipping address / contact details updated, please email us as soon as possible stating the order number what needs changing. We will do our best to help, but, we can not quarantee anything as orders are processed and shipped very fast after the purchase. 

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 working days of your order being placed, excluding bank holidays.

Shipments within Cyprus should arrive within 1-2 working days of shipping if you choose to collect from your preferred ACS branch and 2-3 working days for door to door delivery.

Shipments within Greece should arrive within 3-4 working days of shipping for door to door delivery.

Shipments within European Union countries (plus Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, the Vatican, Liechtenstein and Monaco) should arrive within 5-8 working days of shipping for door to door delivery. Sometimes, it may take longer depending on your local customs processing time. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal service for final delivery. The tracking information doesn’t always update during this phase, but fear not, it is still in transit!

Under EU rules, your parcel is covered by insurance from the logistic companies. 

Cyprus via ACS

For orders under €30.00, we charge €2.50 for collection from your preferred ACS branch (1-2 working day service / note that we usually send to closest ACS branch based on your postcode unless otherwise specified at the additional requirement box when checking out) and €3.50 for door to door delivery (2-3 working day service).

For orders over €30.00, there is no additional charge if you want to collect from your preferred ACS branch (1-2 working day service / note that we usually send to the closest ACS branch based on your postcode unless otherwise specified at the additional requirement box when checking out) or even if you prefer delivery to be made at your door (2-3 working day service). 

In any case, you can always choose to collect free of charge from RAW+TONIC at 5, Avanas Street, CY-3011, Lemesos. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 – 17:00. Please wait until the status of your order switch to completed.

Greece via ACS

For orders under €70.00, we charge €3.50 for door to door delivery (3-4 working day service).

For orders under €70.00, we charge €5.50 for door to door delivery (5-8 working day service).

For orders over €70.00, there is no additional charge for delivery to be made at your door (5-8 working day service).

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes.

We try to fulfill orders very fast; that said, please send us an email stating the order number and we’ll see what we can do. We think you’ll love your products, but if not, you can always return them within 14 days of delivery.

If you order an item incorrectly or if it was not what you have expected, please email us about this and return it to us for replacement or refund.

Please note that you can return an item within 14 days of receipt of delivery for replacement or refund. All returns whether for exchange, refund or incorrectly ordered must be returned to us in the original condition and with original packaging, tags and receipt. Failure to do so may mean that we will not be able to accept your notification or return.

 

Payment & returns

This site accepts all major credit/debit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All credit/debit card payments are processed through myPOS payment systems.

We are only able to accept COD for Cyprus and Greece via ACS at this time.

All prices listed are in euros.

It may take up to 2 weeks to receive and process your return. We’ll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we’ve issued your refund!

 

Discount codes – unless otherwise indicated – cannot be stacked or combined. They cannot be applied to previous orders. Discount codes cannot be redeemed after the promotional period has ended and cannot be applied to out-of-stock items. Discount offers and deals have no cash value and are subject to change.

 

Returns can be made within 14 days of your delivery date if for any reason you’re not satisfied. Simply send us an email request with your full name and order number and we’ll be happy to help.

 

If there is any issue, are unhappy with your delivery or in the unfortunate event of an item arriving damaged and/or faulty, please email us immediately.

If you decide that you don’t want your item(s) you can return it to us within 14 days from the delivery date. The returned product must be new, in perfect condition and in unopened, original packaging. If the item is not faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us. 

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days. However, during busy times this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made.

Hopefully we have made returning and refunding your item(s) simple, however if you have any further questions regarding the return of your item or have any feedback that would make your shopping experience easier please share your thoughts on the email.

We work very hard to supply only high-quality products for the lowest possible cost to you, and shipping is always very economic. We do occasionally offer special sales and discounts; make sure you don’t miss out by subscribing to our email list!

 

Warranty, safety & recalls

Under EU rules, you always have the right to a minimum 2 year warranty, at no cost.

 

You should immediately stop using the product until you verify if your product is subject to the recall. You can verify that be emailing our team and we will come back to you as soon as possible. You will need to provide the serial number of the product in question, your full name and order number when purchased.

Yes, we will do our best to help you with that. Please email us as soon as possible all the information you may have (e.g. at least we need the serial number) as this will ease the process. If there is a recall from the manufacturer of the product, you do not need a proof of purchase. 

No, if you no longer have the product, there is no recalled unit to replace and there is no safety risk to you and your family.

 

It can take up to 4 weeks for us to be able to replace the product depending on the address the shipment needs to go to. 

If you live in Cyprus or Greece, will deliver the replacement product within 2 weeks. 

For customers in other European Union countries, please allow several additional weeks.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience and assure you we are working as quickly as possible to replace your product.

We review submitted recall registrations within 5 working days. Once your recall registration has been approved, we will deliver the replacement product as soon as possible. It can take up to 4 weeks. If the product is not in stock we will ship as soon as it becomes available. You will receive an email when your replacement has shipped. 

Unfortunately, no. We offer an assortment of our top-selling products. All choices for replacement products are considered final, and exchanges are not available.

 

No, we will cover the full cost of shipping the replacement item to you. 

All replacement products will come with a standard limited warranty.

 

This is just a reminder email for customers that may have missed the recall announcement. If you have done so in the meantime, no further action is required.

No, you must have the serial number of the product in question in order to verify if it has been impacted by this recall.

If you have given the product away to a friend or family member, please let them know and they can go through the serial number check by emailing us and we can send them a replacement if they have been impacted.
