How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the shipping progress. Keep in mind that it may take up to 1 working day for the tracking information to be updated by the logistics partner.
What if I need to update my shipping address?
If you realize that you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at info@rawandtonic.com with your order number and the correct address. We’ll do our best to update it before the order is shipped, though we can’t guarantee changes if the order has already been processed.
Where do you ship?
We offer shipping to Cyprus, Greece, and a range of European countries, along with a few others like Norway, Switzerland, and Iceland. Depending on your location, delivery times may vary, typically between 1–8 working days.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the order amount. Orders over €30 in Cyprus and €70 in other regions qualify for free shipping. For smaller orders, a nominal shipping fee applies. For detailed information, visit our Shipping & Returns page.
How do I return an item?
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. The item should be unused and in its original packaging. Email us at info@rawandtonic.com to initiate a return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Should your item arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at info@rawandtonic.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We’ll evaluate the situation and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also choose PayPal for secure, hassle-free transactions.
Can I use cash on delivery?
Yes, we offer a cash-on-delivery option for orders within Cyprus. Please note that this service includes an additional fee of €2.50.
Do you offer gift cards?
Absolutely! Our e-GIFT cards can be purchased online and sent directly to the recipient’s inbox. They can be used at checkout for any of our products.
Do your products have a warranty?
Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details are usually included in the product packaging or documentation. If you have any questions about a specific product’s warranty, please reach out to us.
What should I do if there’s a recall?
In the rare event of a product recall, we’ll notify you directly using the contact details you provided during your order. You’ll receive clear instructions on how to proceed, including how to return the product and whether a refund or replacement will be issued.
