Lemon essential oil is ideal for oily and acneic complexions, it gives volume and shine to fine hair, it helps control dandruff and strengthens fragile nails. It promotes concentration, reduces mental fatigue, lifts the spirit and fights sadness. It is ideal to relieve muscle pain and joint pain due to rheumatism. It reduces the flu symptoms and relieves from stubborn cough and catarrh. It promotes perspiration and that makes it ideal to treat fever. It relieves headaches, helps restore hormonal balance and eliminate excess water in cases of water retention. It restores digestion and relieves constipation. Lemon essential oil is ideal to treat varicose veins and increases blood circulation in problematic areas.
  • To lighten the mood, lift the spirit and deodorize the air add 6-8 drops of essential oil to the ceramic diffuser.
  • To treat dandruff, control sebum production and strengthen fragile nails add 15 drops of essential oil to 50 ml of carrier oil of your choice and massage the area.
