Eucalyptus essential oil is known for its contribution to the proper functioning of the respiratory system. It eases breathing, promotes expectoration and treats common cold, annoying cough, sinusitis, sore throat, bronchitis and rheumatism. Its antiseptic action makes it ideal for cleansing oily skin and preventing acne. It cleanses and purifies the air in the room, especially after illness. It promotes mental concentration and healthy mental function. Eucalyptus essential oil relieves and soothes muscle aches.

  • To ease respiration put 6-8 drops of essential oil onto a tissue and take deep breaths.
  • To tone and treat the body in case of cold and to relieve muscle aches add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. Alternatively, add 15 drops of essential oil to 50 ml of carrier oil of your choice and gently massage your entire body, paying attention to the chest area.
  • To cleanse and purify the air in the room and repel insects add 6-10 drops of essential oil to the ceramic diffuser. To make an even more effective insect repellent pair Eucalyptus essential oil with Citronella essential oil.
  • To treat acne dilute 15 drops of essential oil in 50 ml of carrier oil of your choice and apply gently on the affected area.
