• Fill the AMINO ANIMO Protein Shaker container with the desired amount of liquid (water, vegetable milk, juice).
• Add the AMINO ANIMO organic protein of your choice.
• Place the special metal wire in the inner notches.
• Screw on the lid and close the mouthpiece.
• Shake several times in an horizontal direction.
• Open the mouthpiece closure.
