Oven Pancakes With AMINO ANIMO Fava Protein

Pancakes are undoubtedly one of the most popular breakfast/brunch dishes. If you don’t want to wait over the pan though, there is also the version of oven pancakes. Easy, fluffy, soft, and vegan, these oven pancakes contain an extra boost of Fava Protein with a neutral flavor, to start each day with energy.


  • 3-4 scoops AMINO ANIMO Fava Protein
  • 280 gr. (2 cups + 2 tbsp.) all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp. sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 480 ml (2 cups) vegetable milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
  • 3 tbsp. melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup raspberries


  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Add the vegetable milk, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sugar in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Then, the Fava Protein, chocolate chips, and raspberries. Mix until smooth.
  4. Line a tray with non-stick paper and pour the mixture inside.
  5. Optionally, add a few more chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
  7. When cool, cut into pieces and serve with maple syrup.
